Clearview Home Inspection, Inc. is a locally owned and operated home inspection business in the greater Chicago area.  We inspect with inspectors certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors.

 

I love homes and architecture . . .     having owned a condominium  and currently own a 1914 bungalow, I understand the emosions involved in purchasing a home.  I also understand the purchasing process.  As part of the inspection, I will highlight any safety concerns, explain the aspects of the home, and address any of your concerns.  My job is to educate the buyer about the building.

 

 

Qualifications/Membership . . .  I bring well rounded experience and knowledge of all the home's components to the inspection in order to write an opinion on your property's present condition, function, and operation.  I began learning about homes at a young age.  My father, a mechanical engineer, was always working on his or other homes.  He taught me about construction and repair.

I have been inspecting homes as a career since 2014, including numerous single family homes, condominiums, duplexes, 2 flats, and  multi unit buildings.

ASHI requires its members to have 20 hours of continuing education per year, so Bill is current on the latest construction, building materials
