Buyer's (Pre-purchase) Inspection

Clearview will identify & describe visual defects or safety issues which will prepare you for your final buying decision. Together we will walk through the property, visually evaluating the structure and components which make up the home. Based upon our findings, we will help prioritize their significance.
You have a lot on your mind when purchasing a home. After all, this is one of the biggest investments of your life. There are attorneys, financial arrangements, contractual and money obligations, real estate agents to work with, etc. Clearview is there to provide you with a “peace of mind”. We will explore your entire home and ask questions you have not considered about the house. Our goal is to provide you with the “clear view” of what we visually can see about your home.
Seller's (Pre-listing) Inspection
We provide homeowners who are selling their homes with a complete inspection, informing them of safety concerns and pre-existing conditions of their property. Not only will this valuable inspection inform the property owner of safety issues and problems, but alert the owner of repairs, which would be regularly found during the buyer’s home inspection. Catching problems early can save the owner money, time, and having to renegotiate to selling price of the property.
In addition, a pre-listing inspection allows the property to be viewed through the eyes of an objective third party. It also enables the house to be priced realistically. It may ease the prospective buyer’s suspicions or concerns.
Waranty Inspections

Most builders provide a one year warrantee for new construction against building materials and workmanship. The new owner usually develops a punch list of all the items which need to be repaired under this coverage. An untrained eye may not detect some of the defects. Therefore, it is important for the owner to have an inspection before the warrantee expires to insure that corrections are made. It is better to have the reassurance that problems can be addressed before they become with a big cost later.
Radon Testing
With each inspection, we offer the option to have radon testing performed on your home at an additional cost.
